At a minimum, all applicants must meet program-specific academic/non-academic requirements, and English language requirements. Admission to ANU is on a competitive basis as the number of places available in a program is limited. Admission to Honours is also subject to supervisory capacity and approval from the relevant Delegated Authority within the Academic College. Applicants must present:An AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Actuarial Studies degree or equivalent, completed within the last two years with a weighted average mark equivalent to an ANU 75 per cent calculated from 36 units (i.e. 0.75 EFTSL) equivalent to the following ANU courses:STAT2005 Introduction to Stochastic ProcessesSTAT3032 Survival ModelsSTAT3037 Life ContingenciesSTAT3038 Actuarial TechniquesSTAT3035 Risk Theory OR STAT3057 Risk Modelling 1STAT3036 Credibility Theory OR STAT3058 Risk Modelling 2The written approval of the Honours Convener.
