  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate a capacity to carry out independent research and have adequate training and ability to pursue the proposed course of study. Students will have to meet the minimum entry requirements for a Masters by Research degree at Monash University. An applicant for admission to the MPhil in Law must have: qualified for a degree of bachelor with a minimum upper H2B (a mark of 65 or above) in an honours year in a relevant field, or its equivalent; or qualifications which in the opinion of the GRC are equivalent or a satisfactory substitute. Students must also satisfy the entry requirements of Southeast University.
