Exchange allocation After commencing the program, students will be required to indicate their preference for all 32 CEMS universities. Students are then allocated based on their confidential admission ranking and their preferences • The admission ranking will be based on the following: • Intellectual potential and knowledge (formal education, ability to analyse, learn/reflect, prior knowledge in the business field). • Attitude and soft skills (desire to achieve, interpersonal competences, integrity, critical thinking, motivation for the MIM program). • International orientation (curiosity for differences, sensitivity and adaptability, the spirit of facing challenges, international openness) Places at CEMS Universities are generally limited to one slot per year (additional slots are occasionally available for the most popular exchange Universities). Please note the following: • Students admitted in Semester 1 of any year may choose to undertake one or two semesters of exchange • Students admitted in Semester 2 of any year may only undertake one semester of exchange and that semester must be the semester after they enter the program • You will be advised of your CEMS Universities allocation by the third or fourth week of your first semester in the Master of Management (CEMS) program.
