Eligibility

Applicants must be an international student applying for a CRICOS-registered bachelor degree of at least 72 units (1.5 years) or a master degree of at least 48 units (1 year), measured after any credit or recognition of prior learning. Applicants must demonstrate a distinction average with leadership qualities, meeting a minimum ATAR of 90, an IB score of 33, A-levels of 12, an ATAR of 95 for any other secondary certificate, or a minimum GPA of 6.0 on a 7.0 scale (5.5 for a qualification completed at Adelaide University, a comparable Australian university, or an approved Adelaide University pathway provider). Applicants must not be applying for an Excluded Program, must not be an Australia Awards recipient, and must not be an international sponsored student entitled to a tuition fee waiver equal to or greater than the scholarship value. Excluded Programs include Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Medical Studies, Bachelor of Midwifery, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), Bachelor of Podiatry (Honours), Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours), Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Clinical Dentistry, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, the MBA and its specialisations, Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and the graduate-entry Midwifery, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology programs. Recipients must maintain a minimum program term GPA of 5.0 on a 7.0 scale.
