Eligibility

Applicants must be a citizen of one of the listed eligible countries, which include Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Iran, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and countries in the African regions, must accept their Letter of Offer and pay the commencement fee by the acceptance deadline, and must not hold a government sponsorship covering full tuition fees unless approved by the university.
